  2. powerful access to OLE Structured Storages. Through it's classes 
  3. and their interfaces you can create and open storages, get/set 
  4. the Summary Information properties of a storage, 
  5. add/edit/delete/enumerate/copy/move storage elements, 
  6. read/write/copy data to/from streams, and lock/unlock ranges of 
  7. bytes within a stream.
